The View 180o located in St. James, Jamaica will be owned and operated by McGuire & Associates Limited (“the Company”). The Jamaican-based company will own and oversee the operation of the View 180o. The hotel will include; five (5) suites, fifteen (15) King Rooms and ten (10) Double Rooms. In addition, it will include an indoor ballroom with capacity to hold 150 occupants, a rooftop restaurant, gym and pool.
This hotel is currently in operations and McGuire and Associates Limited have invested USD$300,000 in permitting, valuation, etc. All of the legal and local requirements have been submitted to the Parish Council for approval and we await a response in short order.
