Gold bullion and gold shares have had a nice rally

gold sharesGold bullion and gold shares have had a nice rally over the last four months. The entire precious metals market has the general shares market as well. A break in the general shares market is one of the four criteria for calling the low in the bear market. At this point, the general shares market has regained most of its loss so that we no longer have two of the four criteria; we have just one: extreme pessimism. That too has changed with most of the “gold bugs” bullish. We still don’t have a final low. We’ve had a bear market rally. Now is a good time to short the junior silver shares: SILJ. It closed at $12.71 yesterday. I’m adding that to our short list as a proxy for the many companies in this sector that have only one asset to offer the investor: their promotion skills. Persons subscribing to the advisory service are provided full details for trading. Congratulations to Mr. Musk on the successful short sale of many thousands of future promised electric cars. He has a first class stock promotion team. This does not, however, change our fundamental evaluation of TSLA’s share price. The precious metals market is not as clear.

It may be that we have seen the low in the big cap gold shares in September 2015; the low in bullion in January 2016; and, the low in the junior exploratory companies this February. I rate this alternative B at 15%. If it proves to be correct then I will have to fix my campus.

Extraordinary speculative profits are possible with minor risk if you verify the truth, properly use logic and keep it private. The establishment will continue to make war and milk the public. If you understand how they are doing this, you can protect yourself and profit far beyond the norm. If you are short selling shares that the establishment is short, your risk level is low and potential for profit high. This is not investment activity or undertaking a market risk. It is speculative profit in time of civil war.
